Yes, the TorkLift PowerArmor Locking Battery Box # TLA7708R can easily be mounted to the tongue of your trailer using some self-tapping screws. If the existing holes in the bottom of the box line up with the tongue you can use them or just use the self-tappers to cut through the box and into the tongue.
In the attached video below you can see how Dave mounted the box on the tongue of the trailer he was working on. view full answer...
Yes, the Commercial Grade Battery Box for Group 4D Batteries # 329-HM408 can be mounted directly to the trailer tongue without fully being supported by a bracket or hanger. The DeeZee Trailer Tongue Tool Box does not feature pre drilled holes, but the included sheet metal screws can be used to secure the box to the trailer tongue. The instructions call for 3/16 inch holes to be drilled through the bottom of the box into the trailer frame. Make sure you avoid any wires that might be running along the trailer frame. You can see the installation instructions by clicking the provided link. You could use u-bolts if you wish. view full answer...
The RC Manufacturing T-Series Trailer Tongue Toolbox - A-Frame - Steel # 313-TM362016M is just the steel box. Most people drill into the bottom of the box to hold the box to the trailer frame with self-tapping screws like # WLS100.
You can weld it if desired, but that is not how most choose to attach the box to their trailer frame. view full answer...
You can definitely mount the HydraStar Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator # HBA-10 in a box on the tongue of your trailer. I spoke to my contact at HydraStar who confirmed this and said that the box doesn't have to be anything special. The box doesn't need to be vented either. view full answer...
I think your best option would be to make a base for the DeeZee Specialty Series Trailer Tongue Toolbox # DZ91717P out of aluminum like you suggested and then attach the box to the base. This would provide you with a very secure attachment point for the box.
The box comes with some bolts that could be used, or you prefer you could provide your own nuts and bolts. view full answer...
The DeeZee Specialty Series Trailer Tongue Toolbox # DZ91717P includes mounting hardware (washers and sheet metal screws) to allow installation on a standard a-frame trailer. The exact nature of your trailer's mounting point for the box could mean that you will need alternate/additional hardware to install it. If you refer to the linked sample installation video you'll note that due to this particular trailer's cross member height some additional washers were needed for proper installation.... view full answer...
The DeeZee Specialty Series Trailer Tongue Tool Box part # DZ91717P comes with the box and mounting hardware needed to attach it directly to the top of the frame rails. It does not include a metal base nor is this needed. I have attached a video for you of a sample installation you can use but please keep in mind not every trailer is the same so yours may require some modifications such as adding support or cross bracing etc. view full answer...
The hinge of the DeeZee Specialty Series Trailer Tongue Toolbox part # DZ91717P is located on the back edge of the toolbox so you would not be able to mount this box flush to the front of your trailer.
You will need to mount the box a few inches in front of the front wall of your trailer. Your best bet would be to set the box on the trailer frame and then open the lid and see how much clearance you would need and then mount the box where needed.

There is no mounting hardware included with the Aluminum A-Frame Trailer Tongue Toolbox, item # 350970, due to the different construction and mounting locations that may be required for many different styles of trailers.
I would recommend using a properly sized drill bit to drill 4 mounting holes in the proper locations on your trailer frame. Keep the holes as far to the front, back and sides of the box as possible for the most secure connection. Then use bolts, washers and nylon lock... view full answer...
The Buyers Products Trailer Tongue Toolbox part # 3371701680 does not come with mounting hardware. It can be secured in a number of different ways, most drill directly though the bottom of the box and into the frame. If you can find a way to mount the box to the frame using u-bolts then I see no issues with this. view full answer...

The Fulton Hi-Mount Spare Tire Carrier, part # FSTC1000301, is designed to be mounted on the trailer tongue up to 3 inches wide by 4 inches high. The weight of the tire would cause a lot of stress on the tool box material you mentioned, and I would not recommend altering the installation for this carrier.
This carrier Works with 4 on 4 bolt pattern and 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern with 10 inch diameter or larger wheels, but does not work with 5 on 4-3/4 bolt pattern, 5 on 5 bolt pattern or... view full answer...
You'll want have your load centered from side to side on the trailer, as well as front to back. Centering the motorcycles should alleviate the concern of your tool boxes as they are at the front.

The etrailer Trailer Tongue Weight Scale # e99044 is perfect for getting that number exactly right. Having a balanced trailer helps... view full answer...

You should level your trailer for towing by the trailer frame. Since the tongue is part of the trailer frame the tongue measurement is what you should use. Park the trailer on a fairly level surface and level the trailer frame. Measure from the ground to the bottom of the trailer coupler. Next measure from the ground to the top of your receiver opening on your vehicle, parked on the same fairly level surface.

Yes, most trailer tongues are boxed so you'd simply use one bolt through both sides of the frame to install a coupler like the Buyers Products Straight Tongue Trailer Coupler part # 3370091560. In this case you would use three bolts, grade five. They'd need to be long enough to go through both sides of the frame, the coupler, and the nut so likely around 4". view full answer...
